Roasting & dispatching your order

Antz Coffee Co roast fresh to order and roast dates will exceed two days prior to dispatch. Getting our freshly roasted coffee to you quickly is our top priority.

All orders placed before 10am, Monday to Friday will be dispatched same working day. Orders placed after 10am Monday to Friday may be dispatched the next business day, though we endeavour to fill orders same day where possible.

Shipping your order

We use a range of delivery partners to deliver our packages through priority post, which means you should expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days, though often they are delivered in 1 business day to Perth Metro areas. Please note that delivery to more remote regional areas may take a little longer, particularly in the North West of WA where some freight delays are common.

When an order is dispatched from our warehouse, a notification with tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.

Running out of coffee is not fun, so if for any reason you have not received your coffee within 5 days, please contact us at [email protected] and we will chase it up for you.

Shipping costs

Free shipping

Free shipping applies to all orders $80 and over*

*$80 minimum spend on coffee beans, not including other non-coffee bean products such as brewing accessories or chocolate powder.

Standard shipping

For all orders under $80, a standard shipping rate of $7 applies

International Shipping

Currently, Antz Coffee Co only ships to Australian addresses.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, there are options available for replacements or store credit, or occasionally, a full refund.

Consumable products (eg. Coffee)

For consumable products: if you are not 100% satisfied with your consumable products purchased from the www.antzcoffeeco.com website (not including in-person or in-store purchases), please contact us via [email protected] for a replacement or credit of the purchase price. Contact must be made within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. There may be a requirement to return the product to us at our shipping cost.

Non-Consumable products (eg. equipment)

For non-consumable products: if you are not 100% satisfied with your non-consumable products purchased from the www.antzcoffeeco.com.au website (not including in-person or in-store purchases), please contact us via [email protected] to initiate an assessment for replacement or refunding.

Contact must be made within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. If the product is faulty, damaged, or not otherwise functional, we will require it to be returned to our warehouse before replacement or refund. The cost of shipping will be refunded once we ascertain the products eligibility for refunding/replacement.

Funds

When appropriate, refunds will be issued onto the payment method the purchase was originally made, within 5 business days of receiving the faulty goods at our Warehouse. We will credit any reasonable postage costs associated with the returning of the faulty goods. Receipt of shipping may be required for a credit.
