India | Tiger Mountain
One of our longest running and most faithful offerings, the Indian Tiger Mountain. The deep, crumbly, rich soil is slightly acidic with an abundance of organic matter that drains well. This incredible soil lends itself to an excellent coffee experience.
Fully washed and shade grown high altitude, high grade Indian coffee. Carefully and lovingly roasted by the Antz Coffee Co roasters. Indian Tiger Mountain is a great all rounder. Brew it through filter or espresso/long black for a choc-orange flavour. Through milk, the chocolate and creamy caramel flavors really shine. Overall, it is a clean and bright coffee with a choc-orange sweetness with a creamy almond and caramel finish.
